RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items can be returned and refunded within 30 days of the original purchase date.  All returns must be requested and accepted before a return can be sent back to the warehouse.

Proof of purchase must accompany all returns. Returns will NOT be accepted without your proof of purchase.

To make a return request, email elleraeco@gmail.com with the items you would like to return, the reason for the return, and your proof of purchase.  You will receive an email confirmation when your request for return has been accepted.  Your confirmation email will include the address to send your items to for returns.   After your request for return has been accepted, you have 10 days for ELLE + RAE CO. PARTY BOUTIQUE to receive your items.  Items received after 10 days will not be eligible for refunds.

All items must be in their original packaging, unopened, and free of damage.

Costs for shipping items to ELLE + RAE CO. PARTY BOUTIQUE for return purposes is the responsibility of the customer.

All custom items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns or refunds.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used when purchased. Refund amounts do not include shipping.  Any shipping costs paid by the customer will not be refunded or included in the refund amount. All shipping totals will be subtracted from the refund amount.  For entire orders that are returned which were originally shipped with our free shipping option, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.  Elle + Rae Co. Party Boutique only issues refunds for the product total and tax. Please allow 1 week for refunds to be credited to your account after your return is received and processed.

Purchases made at the RUSTIC SWAN are final sale only and can not be returned to the RUSTIC SWAN.  If you are requesting to return items purchased at the RUSTIC SWAN please email us at elleraeco@gmail.com.  Our customer service team will work with you on a case by case basis and will do our best to come to a reasonable compromise.

MISSING, WRONG, OR DAMAGED ITEMS

In the rare circumstance your order is missing an item, the wrong item is sent, or something is damaged during shipping, please email us with details within 3 days of receiving your order at elleraeco@gmail.com

Please include pictures of the wrong or damaged items in your email. 

Replacement of any in stock items will be processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days

A prepaid shipping label will be provided to you to send items back to ELLE + RAE CO. PARTY BOUTIQUE.
